Though a group of SoCal day laborers may have agreed to take on a “heavy lifting” project for a stranger they met in a Home Depot parking lot, they still landed a whole lot more than they bargained for, swapping their cranes for teacups and hard hats for Mickey Mouse ears after their task proved to be enjoying a free day at Disneyland.

The trio’s all-expenses-paid excursion to the Happiest Place on Earth all began when influencer Jesùs Morales swung by his local Home Depot with several theme park tickets, asking workers if they’d like to accompany him to a day in Disneyland.

“We’re looking for three workers!” Morales, clad in a Disneyland sweatshirt, yelled in Spanish from the front seat of his car.

“Three? We’ll all go!” one of the workers replied.

Despite jokingly that the work was “going to be heavy,” Morales quickly revealed his plan, sharing that they’d be tasked with enjoying a day out at the iconic Anaheim park.

“We’re also going to pay you as well!” he continued, the men piling into the backseat of his car.

Upon arriving at the park, the trio were all smiles, hurdling down the drop at Splash Mountain, twirling around in the teacups and even enjoying a parade on Main Street U.S.A.

So take it from these ecstatic workers — it is possible to be a non-cringe-inducing Disney adult.
