Have you ever wanted to zone out and just watch some guy throw knives, often missing but never letting that deter him? Then Throwstar2.0 is the TikToker for you.

Most of his content is focused on tactical knife throwing, in which he throws knives at different targets, including themed targets. In a recent video, he throws knives at a moving target decorated to look like vintage Wolverine, missing every single time. Practice makes perfect though!

Some commenters were confused, with several people wanting to know what Wolverine could have done to deserve this, while others argued that there was no way this guy could ever face off against actual Wolverine.

One eagle-eyed viewer wanted to know why he was in sandals, which I didn’t notice when watching but which is now my primary concern also: Would closed-toe shoes not be safer when throwing sharp weapons, lest one fall on your foot and sever one of your toes? I’m no tactical knife throwing expert, but I’m pretty sure that’s the same reason chefs have to wear closed-toe shoes too.

In case you leave with the impression that Throwstar is terrible at knife throwing, one of his most popular videos shows him hitting one target, missing another (but catching the knife as it boomeranged back to him) before hitting it successfully the second time.

Finally, there’s his most popular video, in which he throws seven knives and doesn’t miss a single one. It’s comforting to know that someone who has built their entire online identity around throwing knives actually can throw knives. Maybe the Wolverine target intimidated him, considering Wolverine is a formidable foe, although it’s more likely that moving targets are harder to hit than stationary ones. I think it’s the Wolverine thing though.
