We don't know if they're smart or really dumb, but one thing is certain - they are entertaining. You know what they say, "work smarter, not harder." But we aren't sure if that saying applies here. Like this yo-yo with a roller skate for a front tire. Yeah, sure, it gets the job done now, but he's going to eat it once he hits. big rock, or pothole. While we appreciate the effort, sometimes our Frankenstein creations are best kept as pipe dreams.
