There is nothing worse than a bad boss.
Sometimes a bad boss can be a blessing in disguise. For example, if you're working a job you dislike that is also a dead end, a bad boss can act as the catalyst for quit.
However, that isn't always the case. Some of us actually like our jobs and want to keep them. This is where a bad boss truly becomes a thorn in an employee's side. And if that describes your current workplace, you have our sympathies.
