Word on the street is Gen Z is aging like milk. Which, we hate to laugh at but it appears millennials, despite all they've lived through – multiple recessions, housing market collapses, and covid – are aging like a fine wine.
Now, we don't want to start a culture war and if you are aging and feel worried about it, I have two simple tips on how to make yourself look younger, assuming you care.
The first tip is sunscreen. Wear it. Even when it's cloudy, you'll thank me later. Second, is hair. Find the right hair style for yourself and stick to it. Men, this also goes for beards. And lastly, drink plenty of water and get a good sleep each night.
