Stanley Williams was the leader of the crips gang and committed unspeakable acts as their leader. However, he also worked by day as an anti-gang youth counselor. Was there a bit of guilt at work, or was it just the perfect cover? Either way, I wouldn't mess with him; he has the biggest biceps I've ever seen. 


Another intimidating man on this list is an El Salvador death squad mercenary. He can be seen here drinking a beer with his revolver out and apparently got impatient quickly of someone taking his photo.
