Like any collection of excited people, police like to take group photos when they feel like they've accomplished their goals. Except, sometimes police goals are pretty questionable. For example, one group of NYPD officers were quickly put on blast when they proudly posed in front of a bunch of shoplifted drugstore items like diapers and laundry detergent.
