Dads are notorious for their frugal resourcefulness, and while it can get them into trouble, dads also come up with some truly incredible contraptions. This collection of nifty gadgets is in tribute to dads everywhere who refuse to go the store; unless it's Home Depot for some wood, screws, and power tools.

Have you ever wanted to roast some meat on a spit while chilling in a lake? Well, a few guys here figured out a great way to do that with a water-powered spit. By attaching a water mill wheel to a floating grill, the current can help roast the meat nice and even. Boy will that taste good with a cold one.
