22 Job Sites That Are Definitely Not Following OSHA Guidelines

When you need a construction job done, there are three things you need to worry about. How much will it cost, how fast will it get done, and how well will it be done? Typically you only get to pick two of those, but all three of them come secondary to the job getting done in the first place. Each person on these potentially doomed construction sites is toying with the possibility of making it impossible to finish the job because of a devastating accident.

Many men who work construction think of themselves as tough guys, and they are, but that doesn't mean they're impervious to workplace disasters, especially when there's some malpractice going on. OSHA exists for a reason, and if I had to guess, most of their safety regulations are written in tragedy.

Take, for example, the multiple men in this gallery who have decided to use their cherrypickers as ladders, standing on top of them to reach high places with little to no support. Who cares about using ropes or straps for safety? Not these workers in high places.

Here are 22 job sites that have definitely never heard of an OSHA violation.
