Public roads are just that; public. Unfortunately the "public" in the United States can be pretty unhinged, especially in certain parts of the country, and the result is having to share the road with some questionable characters. 

Take one lifted GMC pickup truck here, who decided to smoke out a cyclist by rolling coal over them. Granted, nobody likes a fake Tour de France looking biker, but lifted pickup truckers are one of the few groups we'd take them over. Not only is rolling coal illegal in six states, but it confirms you're doing some serious compensating. We get it, you have a rebellious spirit, but there are better ways to show it than being a dirty and toxic attention seeker. At least his truck had all four windows; the same cannot be said for a number of cars in this gallery.
