Now this is what we mean when we say, "the landlord special."
Oh, you're a landlord? Tell me, how hard it is to not paint 500 coats of white paint over every lightswitch and wall socket in your apartment?
Landlords are the most persecuted class of people in the world. They get paid for doing absolutely nothing, they get tax breaks while the people who don't pay for their mortgages. They can raise their rents to ungodly heights all while getting the benefits of being a homeowner.
The least they could do is be decent people, but no, apparently that's too much work also.
