Why won't they read? How do we get them to read?

It's a topic that's been covered in South Park, Congress, and lawyers who don't have a choice, but for most normal folk who don't have a million extra hours in their day for reading the fine print, if you do, don't be shocked at what you find. 

The fine print is a tricky way for companies to say one thing and then do another. Just like that pesky ex of yours who said one thing and did another, expect these are businesses who are either taking your money or trying. 

So read the fine print, you'll be shocked at what you find.
