Hurricane season is well underway. 

Milton, the most unassuming wimpy named storm ever, came through and unleashed total Floridian devastation. More may be on their way, and they’ve proven to be true demons on Earth. So much so, that they even look like it on a map.

Whoever called the center of the hurricane “the eye” absolutely nailed it. Weather maps taken from satellites show hurricanes with colorful heat signatures, and at almost every angle, they look like the Devil staring into your soul.

It’s kind of funny, kind of cool, but mostly an all-too-apt metaphor for what they do to our favorite vacation spots.
