32 Times the Customer Was Flat Out Wrong

The biggest myth in retail and customer service is that the "customer is always right." The only people who say that have 1.) never worked in customer service, and 2.) are lying. 


If you still need this point driven home, look no further than the 32 examples here from people who work on the front lines of insane customers who can't tell the difference between bone-in and boneless chicken, who drop glasses in stores to test their durability, and others who straight up have no idea what is going on. 


So let's dispel the myth that the customer has any idea what they want or what is right and let's support those of us who have to deal with these adult babies and social media karens once and for all.
