24 Community Notes Roasting People With the Truth
While social media is usually a melting pot of misinformation and stupid takes, Twitter is at least attempting to tackle some of it with its "community notes" feature. Not only does it make sure users get their facts right, but it roasts the heck out of them too.
Take one cat owner who tried to convince her followers that "CATS CAN BE VEGAN" by posting it in all caps 15 times. (Everyone knows if you repeat yourself loudly that means you're right.) Of course, cats can't be vegan; cats are carnivores, meaning they pretty much only eat meat. Community notes very bluntly pointed that out, only once and without excessive capital letters.
Check out that community notes takedown, along with 23 others that roasted people with facts for their stupid sports, political, and social takes.
