When a dangerous factory's morning shift arrived for work one day, they were greeted by a dead coworker from the night shift.

Appalled by the situation, and by the dangerous procedures that lead to the death, one worker demanded change. Unfortunately, an hour later, everyone was ordered back to work. A day later, and it was as if nothing had happened.

Despite his best efforts, the employee eventually decided to quit.
