After experiencing significant rainfall a few weeks ago, the Saudi Arabian desert saw its first snowfall in recorded history last week. While that news doesn't speak well for the future predictability of our planet's climate, there is something surreal about seeing one of the hottest and driest places on Earth covered in everyone's favorite powdered icy water.
