A perfect world would not need laws. But the world isn't perfect, laws are necessary for a functioning society. However, some laws are archaic, inspired by freak events, or flat out nonsensical.
It is illegal to let a Donkey sleep in the bathtub in Arizona. Check out that crazy law, and 16 others from around the word.
