It's surprising that our species has been able to accomplish what it had because when you open up the hood and start poking around you realize that most people aren't working with a full deck of cards. 

It's a shock that some of these people are still alive, to be honest. But that's the way it goes sadly. People without brains in their heads are able to live carefree lives while the rest of us are burdened with dealing with their BS. 

Not all fails and facepalms aren't world-shattering or that impactful for the rest of us, sometimes they're just funny. And this collection is both shocking and head-scratching, to say the least.
