According to one meme in this gallery, that quote can be attributed to Sun Tzu, (although something tells me I'll need to fact-check that). Either way, those words of wisdom should serve as a reminder to every homeowner that there needs to be a plunger in the guest bathroom. If God didn't answer my childhood prayers, he sure as heck isn't coming to un-clump a couple of brown logs... but that would turn me into a believer.
