But while you might be relaxed, governing bodies around the world certainly aren't. An all-out brawl earlier this week in the Georgian parliament, (the country), was quickly followed up by one Taiwanese legislator tackling another off the top of a table. Who knew that if I wanted a free version of Monday Night Raw I could just tune into foreign C-Span? Old-fashioned fisticuffs is always better than boring filibusters in my book.
