When a new team leader decided that he wanted to more closely monitor everybody's work, he arranged a morning meeting for the start of the day. The only problem? He was the only employee incapable of showing up on time.

So, being productive employees, his team just had the meeting without him every morning, much to his embarrassment. Too bad this whole story ends with the whole team being made redundant aside from the team leader, who was in reality, the only redundant one.
