Designers in the 1970s held onto the dream of the Space Age aesthetic making its way into our everyday lives.
French architect Jacques Rougerie created futuristic underwater habitats and vehicles throughout the decade. The Century House of Houston, Texas looks like a sleek, ultra-modern rocket ship, despite it being designed in 1972.
