While both American presidential candidates continue to hold rallies, the city of Valencia is holding its breath as devastating flash flooding sweeps through southern Spain. Over 100 people were killed by the floods, and streets and buildings have been severely damaged by debris. Some reports indicate that the floods will become the most expensive disaster ever to hit Spain, and the Vatican is holding a three day period of mourning.
