Continuity errors and small mistakes are common in movies, even in big budget releases.
A guy in Indiana Jones eats a fly on camera, the Jaws chalkboard scene has two drawings of the shark, there's the infamous coffee cup scene from Game of Thrones, and *two* mistakes in the 1990 Ninja Turtles movie, including one where you can see the guy inside of his turtle costume.
We know Game of Thrones is technically a TV show. Sue us.
