Maybe it's the heat. but people are getting wild out there.
It's not easy being a delivery driver. You work long hours, you spend a bunch of time in the sun and if you have to pee you pee in a water bottle.
But all those struggles are part of the job. Fighting off would-be carjackers is not in the Amazon delivery handbook, at least not that I know of.
