An Arkansas sheriff's deputy has been fired after shooting a Chihuahua in the head point-blank. Reports indicate the dog survived, but required jaw surgery. Deputy Keenan Wallace’s partner claimed he shot the Chihuahua, named Reese's, in self-defense.
