Around the country, people beat the heat by opening up a fire hydrant and bathing themselves in the (likely deeply unclean) water. In this video, it’s unclear if our guy is a professional who needs the water for a fire, or if he’s just a fella who wants to have a good time in the summer sun. No matter what motivated him to try to open this thing, he failed miserably.
