Point the tip *away* from you.

Growing up, I really thought that fireworks were self-explanatory. Now, having spent an uncomfortable amount of my adulthood online, I realize that actually properly using a firework apparently takes a level of intellect that many people filming themselves don’t have.

We’ve seen so many firework fails over the years, from parents giving fireworks to their kids to cops accidentally shooting fireworks into a crowd of people. But these idiots really take the cake. They thought it would be fun to shoot a firework off their balcony — and ended up shooting themselves instead.
