Most of the time we go about our blissful lives without getting creeped out. We worry more about our jobs, our families and our day-to-day difficulties than we do about a home intruder causing havoc. But those other things exist too, and sometimes they present themselves in some pretty weird ways. These 21 photos come from people who experienced the creepy side of life and were more than a bit perturbed. 

One of the oddest photos came from a woman who shared a screenshot of an incoming call from her mother. The only problem was that her mother had passed away the week prior, and the phone number was no longer in use. She reported hearing breathing upon picking up, but the caller hung up before any conversation could take place. Was it a prank, a mistake, or something even more sinister? We'll never know.
