Bad bosses can ruin a work experience, impact your mental health, and turn everything into a living nightmare. And eventually, if they keep pressing you, even the toughest employees will crack. That's what happened to these employees, as they took to the r/antiwork subreddit and shared their boss horror stories. 

One employee for a medium sized game studio quickly realized that without a paper trail, his boss would consistently gaslight him to his face, and to their superiors. So, the employee made sure his boss signed off on an important decision. A month later, when the boss critiqued that same decision, the employee had the piece of paper with the boss's signature on it ready to go. Needless to say, the boss was none too pleased.
